We’re never going to be the largest firm in the country, because we don’t want to be. We know how complicated life with a large firm can become. Compliance has to be far stricter. The forms have to be more numerous. The phone system has to be more difficult to navigate. Everything has to be more impersonal.

Our vision is to serve between 200 and 250 registered representatives and OSJ’s in and around the Great Plains. We’re not for everyone, but if you are an ethical and professional producer who values personal relationships, we would very much like to talk with you.
