Phil is the founder of First Independent Financial Services and serves as President and CEO. He handles recruiting, oversees all aspects of compliance as Chief Compliance Officer, and manages day to day operations for the firm and it's affiliates. He entered the securities business in 1981 and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.

Noel D. Bennett, CSA

Noel serves as Chief Information Officer and principal of the firm. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s technology, oversees trading and operations with our clearing firm, and assists in supervision. He entered the securities business in 1987 and holds the Certified Senior Advisor   designation. Noel is from McAlester, OK.

Debbie Roth

Debbie serves as the firm’s Office Manager. She oversees commissions processing and payment, handles registrations and compliance reporting, and assists the Financial Operations Principal. She came to the firm with many years experience managing a regional sales office for a Fortune 500 company. Debbie is from Kirkwood, MO.
 

Nathan Palmer

Nathan posts commissions, manages trading records, oversees selling agreements, and handles insurance licensing for the firm. He also publishes the firm’s newsletter. He entered the securities business in 2005. Nathan is from Tulsa, OK.

Kelly serves as the firm’s receptionist. She handles records, filing, and correspondence. She is the live voice that greets callers and visitors during business hours. Kelly is from Tulsa, OK.

Richard serves as the firm’s Financial Operations Principal and CFO. He oversees our financial operations, files FOCUS reports, and maintains our books and records. He is a CPA and entered the securities industry in 1987. Richard is from Joplin, MO.
